General information for parents
Our nursery session and fees:
We provide a variety of different sessions.
Please see our sessions below:
Full day:
7:45 Am - 5:45 Pm
This includes breakfast, lunch, tea and a healthy morning and afternoon snacks.
Sessions:
Morning Session: 7:45 Am – 1 Pm
Afternoon Session: 1 Pm – 5:45 Pm.
This includes lunch or tea and a healthy snack.

Holidays and opening hours:
St. Andrew's Day Nursery operates 50 weeks of the year. Our opening times are Monday to Friday 7:45am - 5:45pm.
We are closed on bank holidays including good Friday and Easter Monday.
St. Andrew's Day Nursery also closes for the period over Christmas from:
1pm on Christmas Eve through to the 2nd January (or next working day after New Year's Day).
Hazardous weather conditions:
On rare occasions, St. Andrew's may need to close in the event of bad weather such as snow. Whilst we try our hardest to stay open it is sometimes not possible for staff to make the journey to work safely meaning that we wouldn’t be able to maintain an appropriate staff to children ratio.
Decisions to close during extreme weather conditions will not be taken lightly and parents will be notified through E-mail, Tapestry and our Facebook page.
Early Education Funding and Tax Free Childcare:
Our nursery offers Early Education Funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. From April 2024, we will be offering the Working Parent Entitlement for 2,3 & 4 year olds, we will be delivering either 15 hours or 30 hours of free childcare, this will be stretched over 50 weeks of the year.
